This project comprised the creation of a mental health facility which included 12 bed, semi-secure accommodation with short-term break facility and a unit that provides specialist sensory therapy, group therapy and consultation rooms. M & E Services provided include a passenger lift, CCTV, security, access control, lighting, power, pinpoint 600 staff attack. Above ground drainage, heating and ventilation, hot and cold water with remote electronic isolation, and hydrotherapy unit were also provided. |
