This project involves the provision of a 65 bed residential care home with 14 extra care apartments. A self-contained home will replace the existing extensions providing the most modern care home facilities to improve the lives of residents and staff alike. It will meet all the latest government guidelines and legislation and provide ‘future proofing’ of the Home against any conceivable aspirations. Refurbishment of listed house.
Full M & E Services are provided including heating, hot and cold water, sanitary ventilation, above ground drainage, electrical power, lighting and data, fire alarms & security, as well as renewable energy via GSHP and solar thermal panels. |
