Elementa Consulting have worked and continue to work as part of the design team with Sothebys on a number of projects.
Projects include transforming the back of house office space to a new prestigious gallery space in Sotheby’s listed building on New Bond Street, London.
The brief for this £3.5m scheme was to provide building services systems that will best fit the limitations and heritage of the existing listed structure, meet the technical requirements of the Client, meet modern standards for low energy use and minimum maintenance.
Elementa provide all mechanical, electrical, energy and public health engineering services for Sotheby's projects. |
