This project involved the conversion of an infants school (3-7 years) to junior school (up to 11 years). A new extension was developed consisting of 4 new classrooms, new library, ICT room and ancillary accommodation. A refurbishment of existing school throughout, including architectural re-planning and replacement of all services also took place.
M & E Services provided include energy studies and life cycle analysis, design of natural ventilation with shading, heating, H&CWS. Above and below slab public health, small power, data and lighting were also provided. |
