This project involved the construction of a new Art, Design and Technology Block and new linked Modern Languages Block.
Elementa carried out Dynamic Thermal Modelling to confirm summer time temperature conditions and shading requirements as well as window design/ventilation concept. We also completed the design of all building services including lighting, small power, data distribution, fire alarms, heating, ventilation, domestic water and public health. Temporary accommodation to free up site for development of new block was provided, as well as a Part L 2006 compliant low energy scheme. |
