Graham Margetts
Operations Director
Graham Margetts (Dip Env. Eng ACIBSE) is a Building Services Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in sectors including healthcare, hotels, social housing, urban regeneration, offices, education and shopping centres. He is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with significant knowledge of electrical and public health building services.
Graham is responsible for the day-to-day management of Elementa’s health projects and is well versed in healthcare legislation, NEAT (now BREEAM), AEDET, NHS specifications, HTMs and HBNs.
His strengths lie in hands-on, practical project management and experience of running multidisciplinary teams.
