Doug Kerr
Chief Executive

Doug Kerr, BSc (Hons) HNC ACIBSE, owes his experience as a Building Services Engineer to more than 28 years spent in the construction industry. He joined Elementa several years ago. His role encompasses responsibility for the operational aspects of the business including the management team, sales and marketing and health and safety. In addition to his significant M&E technical experience, Doug is skilled in project management and contract administration and is qualified in the cost management of building engineering services. He has in depth experience of a number of procurement routes including P21, PFI and PP.
