Bob Challans joined Elementa recently at main board level, following many years in a Global Consultancy Engineering company allied to the construction industry. He was invited by the board to bring his depth and strength of experience to Elementa as they grow in a difficult climate. His role encompasses Corporate Governance, Business Development, Client Care and Communications as well as a technical role in Engineering, Energy and Sustainability.
