| Elementa are proud to announce that work completed at 7-10 Old Bailey has received a Commendation within the Civic Trust Awards 2010. The project – a redevelopment of a site in the Ludgate Hill Conservation Area, City of London - provided new build office space, whilst adhering to the stringent Carbon Emissions Planning Commitment through the use of low and zero carbon renewable technologies. The Civic Trust praised the project on the contemporary and durable design, and notably, its attention to detail with regards to accessibility and inclusive design throughout the project. |
