Elementa has chosen Teenage Cancer Trust as its exclusive year-long charity partner. This is the first time Elementa has committed to supporting an annual charity partner and will result in a significant contribution to helping young people to fight cancer in the South East of England. Elementa staff who nominated and voted to work with the charity, are already busy brainstorming a calendar of fun events to raise money for the charity. Kathy Bagster, Business Development Manager with Elementa comments: “We’ve all been teenagers and know what a roller coaster ride it can be, but for teenagers with cancer this change in their life is made even harder. We are very excited to be supporting TCT and hope that we can help to raise money to build specialist cancer units. |

This is a good partnership for Elementa with our broad experience of designing healthcare and educational buildings. Our ethos of designing sustainable buildings that are user friendly & fit for purpose fits well with TCT’s aim to build specialist cancer treatment units specially suited to Teenagers." Helen Haynes, South of England Regional Appeals Manager, comments: “It’s a great privilege to be working with Elementa and as Teenage Cancer Trust are currently fundraising for a new specialist teenage and young person cancer unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital, the partnership comes at a great time for us and we are looking forward to supporting them in their fundraising efforts.” For more information about Teenage Cancer Trust, visit www.teenagecancertrust.org |
