| Elementa have just completed the Energy Performance Certificate for Westfield White City. This is without a doubt one of the largest and most technically difficult Energy performance Certificates (EPC) to be completed in the UK.At 150,000sq metres (1.6m sq ft), Westfield White City is the third-biggest retail centre in the UK.

What made the EPC so challenging was the number of different spaces catered for in the centre. This includes a 13-screen cinema, a spa and about 50 restaurants around a central atrium and along an "eat street" outside the centre, as well as the high street stores. |
