Elementa Consulting have been working with Eastleigh College on the design for their Phase II redevelopment which has now been submitted for planning. Eastleigh College has now appointed Elementa Consulting as their M&E Consultant to complete detailed design in partnership with Project Managers AYH Arcadis, Cost Consultants RLF and Architects HNW.
This £35m project involved two sites, the main campus and Rookwood.Main Campus: renewal of ageing main

campus buildings with 21st century learning spaces, refurbishment of Annexe including hair & beauty salons, art & design studios a rehearsal room, dance studio and changing rooms.
Refurbishment of a 3 storey teaching block to include refectory, training kitchen and new build restaurant.
Rookwood: Demolition of the existing building and replacement with a new higher skills learning centre which will house vocational workshops (including gas workshop) and staff room. |
