| Elementa Consulting, as part of the Elevate Consortium have been appointed on the re-development of Finchley Memorial Hospital development, a 9800m2 new build community hospital with a construction value of £23M.
Elevate Partnerships is the LIFT Company for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey PCT’s The consortium team consist of Assura Property, Galliford Try Partnerships, Elementa Consulting and Murphy Philipps Architects Local residents will benefit from this redevelopment, as it will transform the outdated hospital into a high quality, state-of-the-art building, equipped to provide a range of health care services.

These will include; specialist rehabilitation and intermediate care, primary care services (booked and unscheduled), outpatients, therapies, diagnostics, pharmacy dispensary and renal dialysis.
This is the 5th LIFT scheme that Elementa have been appointed on, recognising Elementa’s healthcare expertise and our ability to partner. LIFT schemes include Oxford, Dudley, Wolverhampton and SE Midlands LIFT.
